About Me, Ain Whitehead

I’m originally from South Korea and began my Pilates journey as a way to treat back pain caused by my career as a performing musician. I quickly grew to love how Pilates transformed both my body and mind. Inspired by this positive experience, I wanted to share it with others. This led me to pursue a career as an instructor, where I aim to provide the same energy and motivation that Pilates gave me.

I completed my training at the STOTT PILATES® headquarters in Toronto, Canada, and am fully certified in all levels of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, Special Populations and Injuries, as well as Pre/Post-natal Pilates.

I have been fortunate to work in high-end studios in Kensington and Chiswick, London, where I continue to refine my skills and deliver exceptional Pilates instruction.

I take pride in my upbeat, friendly approach to teaching Pilates to all levels, and my teaching style is detail-oriented, ensuring clients achieve optimal results through proper alignment and technique.

Learn the basics, including breathing techniques and mind-body connection, through the six fundamental principles of Pilates. Enhance your strength, mobility, flexibility, control, and deepen the connection between your body and mind.

These classes will focus on supporting expectant and new mothers by strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting overall well-being during and after pregnancy.

Private Session

Tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals, private sessions offer one-on-one attention to help you refine your technique and progress at your own pace. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to deepen your practice, or need personalized support, these sessions provide a customized Pilates experience. Available for all levels.
